Icefish Convert processes video, audio, images, PDFs and OCR on your Mac. The app does not upload your files or recognised text, collect analytics, use advertising SDKs, or track you.
Local records and permissions
Queues, settings, file-access bookmarks and rename recovery journals are stored locally and may contain filenames and paths. Output files remain in your chosen folders. You control file and automation permissions in macOS. Remove imported items, delete unwanted outputs, and remove the app’s local data from its macOS container when you no longer need it.
Purchases and support
Apple processes Pro purchases through StoreKit. The app checks verified purchase entitlements without collecting payment details. If you contact support@icefish.uk, we receive the information you choose to send, use it to respond, and retain it only as needed for support or legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion. This website has its own privacy policy.
